Here's a thought

There is a commercial on tv right now, I believe it is for Liberty Mutual, that has really touched me. I know I am a sensitive one and it doesn't take much to bring a tear to my eye, but this commercial really did hit a spot with in me. It shows various people doing nice things for strangers, and then somone else sees it and they reciprocate the behavior.

Why is this something that touches me? It shouldn't be, it should not even be a commercial that is out of the ordinary. The point I am trying to express is that now days it is out of the ordinary to see someone do something nice for a stranger.

I have taken to driving out of my way coming home every day just so I can drive past a garage in town where an older man sits outside in a lawn chair and waves at me every time I drive by. This man waves at everyone who drives by, so I know it's not just me, but I look forward to that everyday now.

I have been inspired! I am a nice person and I almost always hold doors open for people and randomly greet and smile at people that I don't know, but why can't everyone be this way. I am going to figure out a way to implement this into my daily life. I truly believe that if enough people would start doing this sort of thing, the world would be a happier place!
